Desire Hendricks-Moreno, substance abuse case manager at the Mashpee Wampanoag Health Service Unit, received the 2020 Customer Service Award from Indian Health Services (IHS) in November.

The award recognized that the customer service Desire provided significantly advanced the IHS mission and vision and strategic goals and objectives. In addition, the awrad recognized the innovation and exceptional performance and actions that resulted in quality service to the community Desire serves.
