Clan Mothers Talking Circle

The Clan Mothers Talking Circle is held at 10:30 AM on Sundays at the Native Land Conservancy (NLC). The NLC is located at 2 Center Street in Mashpee (next to Wildfire Pizza). All tribal members are welcome – men, women, and children. Discussions focus on traditional aspects of our tribal community. Politics are discouraged. For more information, please contact Clan Mother Marlene Lopez.

Legal Clinic Offered at Tribal Court on Fridays (UMASS Law Partnership)

Tribal members who need help navigating a legal issue are invited to attend the Tribal Court Legal Clinic, sponsored by UMASS Law. The clinic is held every Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Tribal Court Room and will run through April 24.

The clinic can assist with developing a case, case supervision, negotiations, and advocacy in Tribal Court or Massachusetts courts involving housing, family, and public benefits issues. Support is provided by UMASS Law students and Attorney Ray Yox of South Coast Legal Services.
