PUBLIC DEFENDER

In accordance with Administrative Order #36 - Interim Public Defender Program, the Tribal Court will appoint an attorney to meet the legal representation needs of indigent persons before Tribal Court. It is important to note that a defendant provided a public defender under this administrative order must pay a $200 public defender fee, to the Tribal Court, before the case is disposed.
