Facilities Usage Policy
All events and programs must be approved by the facilities Manager, Tribal Security, Tribal Police and Tribal Administration. Allow 48 hours after Facilities request for response/approval.
All Departments and tribal members are allowed to book facilities during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM without charge. If individuals charge for programs they must adhere to the for-profit hourly rate listed below. Additional charges for police detail may apply.
Event/Facilities Usage Application
If you are looking to utilize the MWT Community and Government Center facilities for an event, please complete the Event/Facilities Usage Application below. Please return completed forms to the Government Center front desk during business hours (M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
ALLOW 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR RESPONSE/APPROVAL BY FACILITIES, TRIBAL ADMINISTRATION, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND HOMELAND SECURITY.
