The Mashpee Wampanoag Housing Commission would like Tribal citizens to know about an affordable housing opportunity at Merchant Hill at Mashpee Commons.

Applications are now open for one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments currently under construction. Preference will be given to local residents.

Available apartments include 10 one-bedroom apartments, including two accessible units, at $1,666 per month; five two-bedroom apartments, including one accessible unit, at $1,984 per month; and two three-bedroom apartments at $2,280 per month.

Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, September 22. The housing lottery will be held Tuesday, October 6, at 3:00 p.m. Occupancy is expected beginning this fall and continuing into early winter 2027.
