The Housing Commission wants Tribal citizens and families to know about an affordable rental housing opportunity at 85 Brick Kiln Road in East Falmouth.

Housing Assistance is accepting applications for a housing lottery for apartments currently under construction. Available units include studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with monthly rents ranging from $1,725 to $3,000. Income eligibility requirements apply, with units designated for households at 80% and 120% of Area Median Income.

We know how important safe and stable housing is for our families, especially opportunities that help our people remain close to home and within our ancestral homelands. Our Housing Commission is sharing this opportunity so Tribal citizens who may qualify have time to learn more and apply.

The application deadline is November 25, 2026. An information session will be held on October 22 at 6:00 p.m. at Housing Assistance, 255 Independence Drive in Hyannis.
