The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Election Committee has certified the candidates who will appear on the Official 2026 Ethics Commission ballot.
The certified candidates are:
Edward Avant
Sharae Miranda
Teddy Hendricks
The 2026 Ethics Commission Election will be held on Sunday, September 13, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., during the General Membership Meeting at the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Government and Community Center, 483 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee. The election will fill three vacant Ethics Commission member seats.
This certification follows the election timeline previously shared with the community. The next step is the distribution of the nominee list and letters of interest by e-blast and posting at the Tribal Community and Government Center, ahead of the September election.
Tribal members are encouraged to review the candidate information when it is made available and participate in the September 13 election.
