The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Ball Committee is inviting qualified security vendors to submit proposals to provide professional security services for the 22nd Annual Mashpee Wampanoag Ball, taking place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at The Coonamessett in Falmouth.

Total hours required: 6 hours (5:45 PM – 11:45 PM)
Scope of Work
The selected vendor will help ensure the safety and security of guests, Tribal leadership, staff, and vendors through access control, crowd management, and incident response. Vendors must provide four licensed, trained security officers with required Massachusetts certifications, and staff are expected to demonstrate professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Submission Deadline
Bids must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, March 13, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted.
