The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe will accept sealed bids from qualified General Contractors for completion of a Site Feasibility Study and Architectural blueprint, for its new DHHS/CCDF-funded childcare center at Meetinghouse Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649.
Project Description: The project scope consists of the feasibility study, blueprint, site-specific map, and estimated construction timeline, and cost for completion of construction of a childcare center on tribal lands. The childcare center, with capacity for 35, and approx. 3,000 sf will include:
4 Developmentally-appropriate classrooms approx. 1,350 sf.
2 Administrative Offices approx. 230 sf.
A Multipurpose Room approx. 800 sf.
A playground approx. 2,625 sf.
20 parking spaces approx. 6,000 sf.
