The American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) is now accepting applications for its 2026 scholarship programs, offering financial support and professional development opportunities for students pursuing education and careers in energy-related fields.
AABE Greater Boston Chapter Scholarship
The AABE Greater Boston Chapter has launched its 2026 Scholarship Program to support graduating Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) high school seniors in Massachusetts who plan to pursue studies in energy-related fields.
Scholarship award includes:
$5,000 scholarship
$2,000 in follow-up distributions
Access to internship opportunities
Networking opportunities
Lifelong mentorship
This program is part of AABE Greater Boston’s commitment to strengthening the pipeline of future energy leaders by expanding access and creating pathways into the energy industry.

AABE National Scholarship Program
The AABE National Scholarship Program is also open and accepting applications from students across the country who are committed to advancing diversity and excellence within the energy industry.
Each year, AABE awards more than $350,000 in scholarships at the local, regional, and national levels to support students dedicated to academic achievement and careers in energy.
