The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe will host another Constitution Reform Community Input Session as part of the ongoing effort to review and strengthen the Tribe’s governing document. All Tribal members are encouraged to attend and share their input with the Constitution Reform Working Group.
The session will take place on Wednesday, February 12, from 7:00–8:30 PM, in the Tribal Council Chambers at the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Community and Government Center, 483 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee. A Zoom option will also be available for those who are unable to attend in person. Information to join via Zoom can be found through the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe website portal.
These community input sessions provide an important opportunity for Tribal members to learn more about the Constitution reform process, ask questions, and offer feedback on proposed changes that may have long-term implications for Tribal governance and sovereignty.
Members who are unable to attend are welcome to submit questions or written comments by email to Constitution.Reform@mwtribe-nsn.gov.
The Tribe encourages broad participation as this work continues, recognizing that the strength of the Constitution is rooted in the voices and engagement of its people.
