There are currently several career opportunities at the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. At the time of publication, open positions at the Tribe included the following:
Clerk of the Works: The Clerk of the Works shall be responsible for assisting the MWT with the administration of construction contracts. The observations of the Clerk of the Works shall facilitate in providing protection against defects and deficiencies in the work.
Maintenance Specialist: Maintains and repairs tribal properties and roadways and assists with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Transportation Program by performing the duties outlined in the full position description.
Education Director: The Education Director is responsible for leadership and oversight in the administration of all functions of the Education department; including personnel, department and grant program budget development and management, federal fiscal grant reporting, program planning, oversight of program implementation, and all educational activities for tribal members.
Security Guard: Maintains safe and secure environment for tribal members, employees, and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. Responsible for the protection of all tribal assets.
Field Assistant: The Natural Resources Department (NRD) Field Assistant serves as an assistant to the staff of the NRD. The Field Assistant will assist in the implementation of NRD programs. The Field Assistant will be under the direct supervision of the Director.
