An event to honor and remember Missing and Murdered Indigenous People will take place at the Community and Government Center on Sunday, May 5th from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. The event will include singing, drumming, dinner, speakers, resource tables and an open mic. If you are the family of a missing murdered Indigenous person who you would like to honor at the event, please contact Jadyn Henderson at jadyn.henderson@mwtribe-nsn.gov. The OVC is also looking for volunteers to assist with the set up of the event.
