Our Tribal community is being invited to take part in a survey connected to the Joint Base Cape Cod Cantonment Area Master Planning initiative. Cape residents, employees, visitors, stakeholders, and others with an interest in the base are also encouraged to participate.

MassDevelopment is asking for community input to help identify priorities for the base and inform its current and future missions. For our community, this is another opportunity to make sure Wampanoag voices and perspectives are part of conversations about planning and activity taking place within our homelands.

Survey responses will help shape the next phase of the planning process, called Envisioning, which will include additional opportunities for public input and discussion.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and responses are requested by Thursday, October 15, 2026.
