MMIWW Prayer Ceremony at Plymouth Rock

Councilmen David Weeden has helped to organize a walk and prayer ceremony for the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women Washington (MMIWW). The event will welcome the MMIWW Warrior Runners that have been running across the country to generate awareness and support for the growing problem. The ceremony will begin at 3 PM at the base of the Massasoit Statue on Carver Street in Plymouth, MA.

David Weeden is asking all to come our and join others as we bring together Eastern, Western Tribes, and Missing and Murdered Indigenous Families. Let’s welcome the MMIW Warrior Runners from Washington State and come together with song and Prayer while uplifting our community due to generations of our loved ones becoming missing or being found murdered. We will come together at Chief Massasoit's statue located above Plymouth Rock.- Bring your drums, rattles, & songs!
