The (Owner) Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe will accept bids from qualified General Contractors for the Construction for Mashpee Services Unit Repairs and Enhancements, located at 483b Great Neck Rd South, Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649.

Project Description:

Deck/Ramp Repair-

Selective Demolition
Structure Painting
Replacement of Deck Surface and Railings

Additional Space/Space Reconfiguration-

New 14x24 Structure
Climate Control existing shed
Sidewalks

Tent Removal-

Dispose of a collapsed tent
Clean and Pack Med Tent

Construction must begin immediately upon awarding of the contract.

Insurance Requirements –

Builders Risk- Property Coverage for Replacement Cost – General Liability – Bodily Injury – Property Damage (Minimum of 3% of Total Project Cost)

The contractor needs to be familiar with procedures required for the purchase of material and equipment for tax-exempt entities and TERO procedures.

The bid will be for a Stipulated Sum for completion of work called for in specifications including allowances as described herein.
