Invitation to Bid on Sanitation Project
The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Housing Department is seeking bids from qualified contractors for: Individual home septic installation located in Mashpee, MA. The pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 10am at the resident’s site. Information, including the location of the project, is contained in the bid package, which is be given electronically by emailing trevor.carrington@mwtribe-nsn.gov . In order to qualify for the bid the contractor must be present at the time of the conference.
Tribe and Genting Meet with City of Taunton
The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe informed Taunton City officials this afternoon that it is working with Genting to advance the options on its lands and continue its pilot payments. The Tribe remains committed to being a good steward of its land and moving forward to bringing economic development and new jobs to Taunton and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Housing Department is seeking bids from qualified contractors for residential rehabilitation located in Mashpee, MA.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the residential site on August 15th at 2 pm. All contractors who are looking to submit a bid must attend. If interested, please contact trevor.carrington@mwtribe-nsn.gov, and a bid package will be emailed, including the location, time, and scope of work for the site. Native American preference will be given to contractors within 10% or less of the lowest bid.
