Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Council Inc. (“MWITC”) will be held at the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Community/Government Center Tribal Council Chambers – 483 Great Neck Rd S – Mashpee, MA 02649 on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 7:00p.m.-7:15p.m. (prevailing Eastern time) and via Zoom to consider and review the following items:

1. 2022-MWITC-002, Approval of Engagement Letter with Dorsey & Whitney for tax and legal services;

2. 2022-MWITC-003, Approval of Power of Attorney to Dorsey & Whitney;

3. Discussion on Amendment to the Purpose Clause of the Bylaws of the MWITC.
