The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe is accepting bids for improvement work at the Del Sol Shelter, located at 72 Main Street, Mashpee, MA 02649.

The Tribe is seeking qualified contractors to provide proposals for the following work:

Landscape Work: Gravel and riprap in the gravesite area and complete tree clearing and landscaping at the front of the building.
Painting: Paint the front of the building (Areas 1–4).
Tarring: Fill in corrupted selected parking areas and gravel and a tar/topcoat around the former swimming pool area.

Important Dates

Pre-Bid Walk-Through (Recommended):
Tuesday, July 21 at 8:30 AM

While attendance is not mandatory, contractors are strongly encouraged to participate in the pre-bid walk-through to better understand the scope of work.

Bid Submission Deadline:
Wednesday, July 29 by 4:30 PM

Bids should be addressed to Cassie Jackson, with a copy provided to Ellen Sharpe.
