The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe (“Owner”) has engaged Connect Advisors as their Owner’s Representative (“O.R.”) firm for their new Community Building (“Project”). Connect Advisors is seeking proposals from qualified general contracting firms (“Firm” or “Bidder”) to provide General Contracting (“GC”) services to the Owner in the development and construction of the Project.
The Project consists of the design, fabrication and installation of a modular building to be used for a community building.
All Firms are encouraged to review each section of the following document carefully and respond promptly to be considered for this project. Owner has the right to reject any bid proposals not properly delivered.
All interested bidders are invited to participate.
Bids for the Community Center will be received electronically by Connect Advisors until 3:00 PM EST on June 2nd, 2026. Bids received after 3:00 PM will not be accepted.
A pre-bid meeting will be held virtually Monday May 18th at 2:00 PM EST. To receive the meeting invite with the conference call information, each interested Bidder must email proposals@connect-advisors.com with their intent to bid.
