The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe has issued a Request for Bid for General Contracting Services for the new Early Child Care Center project in Mashpee. The project includes construction of a new child care and early childhood education building, along with related sitework, tree removal, and landscaping.
A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 10 a.m. EST. Qualified general contracting firms interested in bidding should email proposals@connect-advisors.com with their intent to bid in order to receive the meeting invite and conference call information.
Bids must be submitted electronically no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 3 p.m. EST to Connect Advisors, Attn: Allison Howison, at proposals@connect-advisors.com. The project will also be subject to the Tribe’s Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) requirements. Interested firms are encouraged to review the bid materials carefully and respond by the deadline.
