Request for Proposal: PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION SERVICES
The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe (“Tribe” or “Owner”) has engaged Connect Advisors as their Construction Manager as Agent (“CMa”) firm for the new Childcare Center (“Project”). Connect Advisors is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Plan Review and Inspection Services (“Firm”) for the Project.
All Firms are encouraged to review each section of the following document carefully and respond promptly to be considered for this project. Owner has the right to reject any Proposals not properly delivered. The Firms will be reviewed and ranked based on all information presented in the Proposal to determine which Firm has the best combination of qualifications, fee proposal, and additional criteria as necessary.
This RFP is not an offer to enter into a contract but is merely a solicitation of entities interested in submitting a Proposal to the Owner for the Project.
