The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Housing Department is seeking a qualified Landscape Contractor to landscape our new 42-unit housing development.  The landscape contract to include:

1.     Preparing the yards by spreading loom and power raking the areas in preparation for hydorseeding.

2.     Once the area is hydroseeded, maintain involvement from the conceptual stage to watering and maintaining the growth of the grass until the grass is successfully established.

3.     Grade and slope sand piles within the development.

To schedule a walk-through on Monday, May 8, 2023 through Friday, May 12, 2023 between 8:30am – 4:30pm, please contact Billy Pocknett at (508) 648-4377. All relevant information regarding this contract will be discussed during the walk-through. Closing date on May 15, 2023 at 2 pm, with the expectation for the contractor to begin work by May 22, 2023.
