The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe (MWT) Housing Department is seeking a qualified Landscape Contractor to design and landscape our new 42-unit housing development, including common areas. The landscape contract to include artistic composition and artisanship, horticultural finesse and expertise, and emphasis on detailed site involvement from the conceptual stage through to final construction, while combining nature and Native American culture.

Site walk-through’s scheduled during the weeks of May 3, 2021 and May 10, 2021, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please contact the Housing Department at (508) 477-0208 ext. 104 to schedule an appointment. All relevant information regarding this contract will be discussed during the walk-through. Closing date on June 1, 2021 by 2 p.m.
