Honor the Earth Fair April 18

The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, in partnership with the Native Land Conservancy and the Tribe’s Natural Resources Department, invites the community to attend the 2026 Honor the Earth Fair on Saturday, April 18, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Community Center, 483 Great Neck Road South in Mashpee.

This free, public event celebrates Indigenous stewardship of the land and features cultural performances, educational activities, and family-friendly programming. The day will begin with an Opening Ceremony led by Chief Earl Mills Jr., followed by Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers, nature walks, cultural craft vendors, and children’s activities.

The fair also includes the Taste of the Earth Contest, a plant-based cooking challenge sponsored by WCAI, open to cooks of all skill levels. Registration is encouraged, as space is limited.

All are welcome to join in this day of culture, learning, and community celebration.
