Apply Today for Housing in the Meetinghouse Road Housing Development

The Housing Department is accepting application for the Meetinghouse Road housing development.

• The first phase of the housing development consists of 42 units:
• 8 elder duplex homes (16 units) 2 bedroom/2 bath
• 13 Cape Cod single-family homes – 3 2 bedroom/2 bath and 10 3 bedroom/2 bath
• 13 ranch style family homes – 3 bedroom/2bath

The development will also have a community building, spiritual gardens, and a children’s play area.

The Mashpee Wampanoag Housing Department, along with Kevin Frye and his security team, strive to create a safe living environment for the residents and surrounding neighbors.
