Applicants must be program and project eligible, meeting all program requirements set forth for this property.
An application will not be complete, and will not be acted upon if the applicant fails or refuses to provide all necessary documents or authorizations.
Additionally, all applicants MUST complete the full application process which includes:
Landlord reference: for past five years, or last two residences, whichever is more inclusive
Check of credit history
Verification of income and assets
Any and all other 3rd party verifications required to participate in the program and project
Check of sex offender registry
Check of criminal charges
Information provided on the above referenced reports, or by 3rd party verifications will further influence your eligibility and acceptance to the program.
