Dr. Tempestt Evans will be joining the dental team (Terasa and Elaine) at the Mashpee Wampanoag Health Service Unit. Dr. Evans visited the dental clinic on June 3-4, and is a great fit to continue to provide dental services to the tribal community. A start date has not yet been determined, but is anticipated to be sometime this summer.

Dr. Evans grew up in Connecticut, completed her dental school training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill, and is currently finishing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Winslow Indian Health Care Center in Arizona. As a registered member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, she is looking forward to giving back and advancing the oral health of the Mashpee Wampanoag
as well as that of other federally recognized tribal members.
