Lincoln Green Jr. graduated from Monomoy High School. Lincoln was involved in a bad car accident back in December up in Braintree. A drunk driver jumped a median and hit him, a buddy, and a girl he was seeing head on. The girl passed away and Lincoln Jr. was hospitalized with life threatening injuries up in Boston. He broke both legs, his hip, and both wrists, requiring surgeries on most. They sent him home about a month later to continue physical therapy, heal, and he got right back to doing school work from his hospital bed in the living room. He had to change schools in order for to graduate, and Monomoy made it possible for him when DY couldn’t. Although he is up and walking again and has managed to complete his High School education, I think he’s taking more time to heal, inside and out, from everything this past year. We are so thankful to be able to still have him here with us at all and even more proud that he held it together and managed to graduate with is High School Diploma.
