Housing Department Seeking Bids from Qualified Contractors

The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Housing Department is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide residential rehabilitation for each of the following locations:

  1. Mashpee, MA (Site #1)  – The due date for this project is Friday, February 13, 2020 by 4PM and must be submitted to the Mashpee Wampanoag Government Center, Housing Department, 483 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.

  2. Hyannis, MA  -The due date for this project is Friday, February 14, 2020 by 4PM and must be submitted to the Mashpee Wampanoag Government Center, Housing Department, 483 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.

There will be a pre-bid conference at the residential site. Information on this meeting is contained in the bid package.

Bids received from qualified Native American contractors will be given preference.
