Job Title: Court Clerk of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Court
Reports to: Office Elders Judiciary Committee, Chair Court Administrator
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: $22.00 per hour

Summary: This position is a full-time position funded by BIA and OVC grant. The Court Clerk is responsible for preparation, maintenance and closing of all case files. Additional duties include implementation of court automation, accounting and maintaining all public information systems. The Court Clerk will maintain a compilation of financial and statistical reports and maintain a law library.
Victim Services Program Advocate
Job Title: Victim Services Program Advocate
Reports to: Victim Services Program Coordinator and Elders Judiciary Committee
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: $40,000.00

Summary: This position is a full-time based on OVC grant funding. The Victim Services Program Advocate shall be responsible for day to day services including assessing needs of victims, advocacy, case management, and safety planning. When necessary secure orders of protection. The Advocate will meet the basic needs of the victim (food, clothing, shelter, etc.), counseling and issuing referrals to outside agencies. Participate in a 24 hour hot line. Will co ordinate with law enforcement as necessary. Participates in community outreach activities. Provides culturally appropriate services and engages in follow-up.
