TERO continues to work on the casino project. OSHA training has been offered, and one more training will be offered closer to the actual groundbreaking and hiring.
TERO, in conjunction with First Light Casino, will offer a ServSafe certificate class on July 15, 2026, at the Tribal Government Center. To register, please call Ellen or Ed at the Government Center at 508-477-0208 ext. 175.
The broadband deployment project is awaiting the technical completion of the environmental screening. The projected 60-day window is August 31, 2026.
TERO will also be looking for Tribal members interested in full-time careers in the Information Technology field. These opportunities include learning, training, and working in the broadband field, including running networks, repairing networks, and sustaining them on a day-to-day basis.
These are careers, not part-time jobs. TERO will be looking for fiber network installers, sales associates, and help desk associates. These career-driven training courses are meant to be filled by full-time Tribal employees. If interested, please contact the TERO Office.
