You Are Not Alone: Suicide Prevention Support and Resources

The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe’s Substance Use Disorder / Suicide Prevention Program is reminding our community that no one has to struggle alone. This initiative is dedicated to supporting mental health, recovery, and community well-being, and to making sure community members know that help is available for both youth and adults.

The flyer includes QR codes with warning signs for adults and youth, along with immediate support resources for anyone in crisis or anyone worried about a loved one. Community members can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Additional local support is also available through the Cape Cod Crisis Line at 833-229-2683 and Samaritans of Cape Cod at 508-548-7999. Healing takes community, and this message is a reminder that reaching out for help is a sign of strength.
