Mason Amari Hendricks graduated with his Bachelor of Science Psychology from Umass Dartmouth on May 16, 2025. Mason is the single father of Giavanna Francis Hendricks. He is the son of Jody Santagate and Great grandson of Francis “Sistah” Hendricks. He is the grandson of the late “Big Larry” Hendricks and the older brother to Junie and Xavier. Mason is the face of perseverance. Despite sustaining serious injuries from an accident last year, he was determined to finish class on time and show his daughter that you never give up. He took his finals from the ICU and made the Deans list. Mason plans to continue on to work on his masters, then Doctrate. His area of passion is to work with ICWA and help tribal youth.
