The Mi'kmaq Nation Health Department is generously offering 24 scholarships for employees of tribes enrolled with United South and Eastern Tribes (USET) to attend the NAFC Personal Trainer Certification June 24th - 27th, 2025 in Presque Isle, Maine. The scholarship covers the $995.00 cost of enrollment only. Travel & other expenses are the responsibility of the scholarship recipients.
Each tribe enrolled with USET can apply for three total scholarships which will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. To be confirmed for a scholarship, applicants must:
- be 18 + years of age
- be currently employed by a tribe enrolled with USET.
- provide proof of travel arrangements 21 days after being awarded a scholarship.
