The Education Department is seeking support from parents and guardians of enrolled Mashpee Wampanoag children from age 3 to grade 12 to receive funding for the Johnson O’Malley Program launching in 2025. Parents are asked to please fill out the student count form, which can be found on the Education Department website. The information provided is used solely for the purpose of planning for potential funding opportunities under the Johnson O’Malley Program. All information will be kept confidential. Please return the form to Roxanne Mills Brown at Roxanne.brown@mwtribe-nsn.gov. no later than May 30, 2024.
Please disregard the statement on some of the mailed Student Count Forms, which refers to having to reside in Barnstable, Bristol, Plymouth, Norfolk, or Suffolk Counties.
