The Education Department completed its Ribbon Skirt class taught by Councilwoman Nitana Hicks Greendeer. Classes began in November and concluded last month. Tribal girls were given materials and tools to design and create their own skirts to keep. Kutâputush Nitana for continuing to educate our youth.
