The inaugural Strawberry Thanksgiving hosted by the Education Department took place on June 18th. The day began with mush8n races at the Mashpee Pond and continued with a feast on the powwow grounds. Tribal youth enjoyed a game of double ball, and the day came to a close with a performance led by the Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers. Happy Strawberry Thanksgiving to all!
