Request for Proposal For Wastewater Startup Assistance and Operator of Record Services Issued By: Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit wastewater plant startup services and operator of record services until the Tribal Nation has certified staff on board and trained to conduct the day-to-day operations themselves. This initial scope of service is anticipated to start on May 17, 2021 and end on May 17, 2022 with two one-year optional extensions for the Operator of Record Service to continue as the Tribal Nation operator increases in capability.
