Invitation for Bid- Dancer & Singer Feed

Bids must be received by no later than 06/06/2025 at 4:00 PM. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender. This year the max bidding price is $2,000. This does not include the cost of food. Please include a proposed menu with your bid. The purpose of this project is to prepare and serve a meal for the dancers, singers and volunteers (approximately 350 people ) on Friday, July 4th and Saturday July 5th from 4:00pm -6:00pm.

Bids must be received by no later than Friday 06/06/2025 at 4:00 PM. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender. This year the max bidding price is $4,000. The purpose of this project is to maintain and facilitate parking/parking lots during the 2025 Powwow.

Bids must be received by no later than 06/06/2025 at 4:00 PM. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender. This year the max bidding price is $3,000. The purpose of this project is to ensure that all trash on the Powwow grounds for the 2025 Powwow is collected and that the cleanliness of the powwow grounds is maintained.

Volunteers Needed - Help Make Our Annual Homecoming a Success!

The Pow Wow Committee is recruiting volunteers to assist in making the 2025 Powwow a success! Volunteers are needed for Food servers, water/ice runners, bathroom attendants, t-shirt stand attendants, gate attendants & transportation.

Those interested in signing up to volunteer can sign up at the tribal building or email the Pow Wow committee at mashpeewampanoagpowwow@gmail.com. Please indicate your preferred position and date(s) of availability.
