Project Overview
Project A – Sheds: Construction/installation of 42 A-frame sheds (26 at approx. 6x8 and 16 at approx. 4x8), including floors, double doors, pressure-treated ramps, leveling blocks, and padlock-ready hardware, with final inspection and sign-off by a Tribal inspector.
Project B – Development Signage: Contractor to provide a conceptual design package and complete fabrication and installation of exterior development signage, including final inspection and sign-off.
Important Bid Requirements
Bidders must be able to comply with applicable Tribal and federal requirements, including TERO, Indian Preference, and wage/compliance requirements (including Davis-Bacon/prevailing wage, as applicable). Bids must include required components such as a cost proposal, technical approach, qualifications, and compliance plans.
