The lottery is now open for 1, 2 and 3 bedroom “affordable” units under construction in the Mashpee Commons. The development called Merchant Hill at Mashpee Commons will have fixed, below market rates as follows: 8 one-bedroom units, 2 one-bedroom accessible units, at a monthly rental rate of $1,666. There will be 4 two-bedroom units and 1 accessible two-bedroom units, renting for $1,984, and 2 three-bedroom units renting for $2,280. Preference will go to local residents. 

The application deadline is Tuesday, September 22nd.

The lottery will be held on Oct 6 at 3 pm for occupancy this Fall and in Early Winter of 2027
