The Women’s Process Group “the Authentic Connection” will provide a space for Tribal Matriarchs to meet, share, explore and support each other through a wide range of issues such as life stressors, life changes, relationships, coping and more. The group will have its first meeting on Friday, May 10 at 11:00 a.m. at the Health Service Unit.
The group will continue to meet every Friday at 11:00 a.m. for 8 weeks and is limited to 10 participants (the group will consist of the same participants from start to end).
The Authentic Connection group will offer a safe and supportive environment to explore issues and experiment with new ways of thinking about ourselves and relating to others.
