Currently, First Light Wampanoag Homes have welcomed 24 residents. The move-ins are 14 elders and 10 families, for a total of 24 occupied units. There are 10 units waiting for appliances to arrive, which the delay is standard in the construction industry right now due to COVID. Once the appliances arrive, the 10 families will move in. That leaves 8 units on Blue Bird Lane in the final stages of construction for a total of 42 units.
