Bridges to College Grant Outreach Coordinator needed. Duties include recruiting participants ages 18-30 who are seeking to complete the high school equivalency and continue at Cape Cod Community College, mentoring, and coordinating all aspects of the implementation of the grant such as childcare support, transportation support, and transition to college.
