Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Housing Department: Invitation to Bid

The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Housing Department seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide complete and operating individual onsite wastewater systems for each of the following locations:

  1. Centerville, MA – The due date for this project is January 14, 2020 by 4PM and must be submitted to the Mashpee Wampanoag Government Center, Housing Department, 483 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.

  2. Truro, MA – The due date for this project is January 15, 2020 by 4PM and must be submitted to the Mashpee Wampanoag Government Center, Housing Department, 483 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.

  3. Mashpee, MA - The due date for this project is January 16, 2020 by 4PM and must be submitted to the Mashpee Wampanoag Government Center, Housing Department, 483 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.

There will be a pre-bid conference at the residential site. Information on this meeting is contained in the bid package.

Bid packets may be picked up Monday, December 30, 2019 at the Mashpee Wampanoag Housing Department Office, 483 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.

Bids received from qualified Native American contractors will be given preference.
