Supreme Court
The Tribal Supreme Court shall consist of three (3) judges and shall handle appeals from the District Court and shall have original jurisdiction over specified proceedings. The procedures for such appeals and proceedings shall be described by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court Judges are Chief Supreme Court Judge Robert Mills, Supreme Court Judge Matthew Fletcher, and Supreme Court Judge Thomas Weathers.
All Judges of the Supreme Court, unless disqualified for conflict of interest or other cause, shall participate in the deliberations of that body and shall have the duty and/or power to conduct all court proceedings, and issue all orders and papers incident thereto, and to decide all matters within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
