Job Summary: We are seeking to engage multiple Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our care team. The RNs will oversee and manage residents’ medications in accordance with PCP orders, program protocols and clinical best practices, including Medicated Assistance Treatment (MAT). This role is essential to ensuring safe and consistent medication management, supporting both the health and recovery of our residents.

Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Manager, the SUD Program Event Planner will provide program event planning, coordination and implementation of all SUD program activities and events.

The SUD Program Event Planner is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of the various SUD activities and events as outlined in each of the grant programs; Tribal Opioid Response (TOR) program, Opioid Abatement, Suicide Prevention Program and Redefining Community Wellness.

Suicide Prevention and Recovery Case Manager

Job Title: Suicide Prevention and Recovery Case Manager
Department: Health and Human Services
Reports To: Substance Use Disorder Manager
Status: Full-time (35 hrs), Non-Exempt, Full Benefits
Salary: $58,240. - $63,700.

Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Substance Use Program Manager, Suicide Prevention Community Advocate will provide complete and customized case management for tribal members in the TOR program to support their mental, social, and physical wellbeing. The employee will provide information to clients on resources and services available to them, provide appropriate referrals to external partner agencies, create “safe spaces” that allow for cohesive working relationships to be formed, and act as resource for clients.

LIHTC Program Coordinator

Position:       LIHTC Program Coordinator

Overview of Role: The LIHTC Program Coordinator implements compliance procedures necessary to maintain the LIHTC development. This program is separate from the HUD programs offered as this is permanent housing offered by the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. The LIHTC Program Coordinator also assists with office management duties as necessary, process all applications for the LIHTC waitlists, move-ins and recertification’s and performs a variety of office activities to implement regulations set by HUD and LIHTC housing.

SUMMARY: The Emergency Management Director (EMD) has responsibilities to plan and direct disaster and emergency response or crisis management activities, provide disaster preparedness training, and prepare emergency plans and procedures for natural (e.g., hurricanes, floods, earthquakes), wartime, technological, man-made (e.g., nuclear power plant emergencies or hazardous materials spills) biological (e.g., public health pandemics) disasters, or hostage situations. The EMD is responsible for building, implementing and maintaining an emergency management department with the guiding principles, vision and foundation of prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.

Overview of Role: The Unhoused Caseworker works with both clients struggling to find housing as well as clients facing irrefutable eviction. The caseworker will assist these clients with housing searches, filling out housing applications, providing contact references to clients who struggle with mental or physical impairments and contact information for clients seeking employment, substance abuse help or better education.

Transportation Coordinator

Summary:  The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for oversight and coordination of the tribal transportation program, and acts as the point of contact for the three (3) transportation drivers. The coordinator plays a vital role in program management and development, scheduling rides for drivers, tracking ridership, and reporting. The coordinator must have a professional disposition when communicating to clients, drivers, and grantors. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining a data base of tribal vehicle inventory and scheduling timely inspections, maintenance/repairs, and cleaning of all tribal transit program vehicles, while maintaining the appropriate documentation on file, including registration, insurance, and work orders.
