I am writing to you all with exciting news regarding the tribe's casino in Taunton. First Light Casino underwent a major expansion on July 28th, significantly increasing the size of the casino floor and expanding its game offerings from 54 to over 200 machines. 

From initially opening our modest 10-machine Welcome Center six months ago, to now being able to say that we have a casino on our homelands, it has been rewarding to just see how far we've been able to come in this short amount of time. We all know that the hopes for a Mashpee Wampanoag casino have been long-awaited, and I'm proud to say that all of the hard work that's been put in is now making this community vision come to fruition.

To celebrate this exciting expansion, there were multiple promotions that took place at First Light Casino for the community to enjoy. Make sure to also keep an eye out for additional exciting events over the next few months as expansion continues at First Light Casino.
