The walking club meets twice a week at 11:00 a.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. The course is on the paved surface of the Tribal grounds around a circular route. Participants meet in the main lobby at noon as the designated start location. Pedometers are available for those who are interested in measuring their distance.
All levels are encouraged to join. It is generally recommended to walk 20-30 minutes for heart fitness and 45-60 minutes for weight loss. Begin by walking ten minutes and build up to a goal of 20 to 30 minutes
